This has been a pet project of mine to record big cats in American Zoos. This collection includes cats from the Los Angeles Zoo, The San Diego Wild Animal Park, The Sunset Zoo in Manhattan, KS, "Out of Africa" Wildlife Park, AZ, The Living Desert Zoo, CA and the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha, NE. Not only does this project provide good practice for photoshooting animals in the wild (although in entirely different circumstances), it will also hopefully become a collection of images that raises awareness for these fellow inhabitants of the Earth.
These pictures are not available as prints, but feel free to drag and drop any pictures that you like in this gallery onto your desktop.
